Warrior
From The Aion Wiki
The Warrior is the first heavily-plated soldier to storm the enemy base, two-hander or shield in hand. They are the soldiers that either hold the line or break that of the enemy. They can withstand unreal amounts of punishment while, if properly equipped, dealing their own sorts of it. The Warrior wears platemail, can equip a shield and have an array of both defensive and offensive abilities. The Gladiator is the more offensive of the two subclasses, who is an expert in using two-handed weapons to pummel his opponents. The Templar is the iron wall of Aion, focusing mainly on defensive abilities while retaining some ability to deal melee damage.
