Layer Teleporters

From The Aion Wiki

To Access the multiple levels of the Abyss, the player must find an Abyss Layer Teleporter, placed at the Eastern&Western Shards of Latesran. This costs Kinah to perform.

Be aware, you can also get to the top layer by flying, however this may take time and may cost money if you run out of flight time.
