Gladiator
From The Aion Wiki
The Gladiator is the savage power behind the Warrior Class. A Gladiator is a heavily-armored master of arms and brute force. Whether it be with a pole-arm or two swords, these Warriors focus on ensuring that the enemy won't survive their onslaught.
Gladiators are set up offensively, but between their plate, the ability to use a shield and their moderate selection of defensive abilities, maintain the ability to survive punishment that would push most to crumble. Gladiators specialize in using two-handed weapons such as pole-arms and two-handed swords to decimate their enemies. They possess a large amount of offensive abilities, ranging from knockdown abilities to a series of wide-area slashes to harm multiple opponents at once. Gladiators are also able to deal some damage from a range, by whipping energy at their target multiple times from a range.
Gladiators are oftentimes playing the role of damage-dealer, and once in a while will take up the shield and ward off the blows. These warriors, between their heavy armor and great ability to deal damage, are an asset to any adventuring party.
Weapon Proficiencies: Pole-arms, Two-Handed Swords, One-Handed Swords, One-Handed Maces, Daggers
